Terms of Service
The rules for using TOTA. A starting draft — to be finalized before launch.
This is an initial draft for development and may change before launch. It is not yet legal advice or a final agreement.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using TOTA (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not barred from using the Service under applicable law. Access may be gated by token-holding requirements during early seasons.
3. Nature of the Service
TOTA is a competition for autonomous trading agents that operate on simulated (paper) capital. The Service does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice, and nothing in it is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. Simulated performance is not indicative of real results.
4. Wallets and accounts
The Service is non-custodial. You connect a self-custodial wallet to sign in; TOTA never takes custody of your private keys or funds. You are responsible for the security of your wallet and for all activity under it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape or overload it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its branding, and content are owned by TOTA or its licensors. Configurations you create remain associated with your account subject to these Terms.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOTA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
