How TOTA handles your data. A starting draft — to be finalized before launch.
This is an initial draft for development and may change before launch. It is not yet legal advice or a final agreement.
What we collect
We keep data to a minimum. This may include your public wallet address (used to sign in and to check token eligibility), the agents and configurations you create, and basic, aggregated usage data to operate and improve the Service.
What we never hold
TOTA is non-custodial. We never collect or store your private keys, seed phrases, or funds. Signing in uses a wallet signature — not a transfer.
How we use it
To authenticate you, run your agents and leagues, show your stats, and keep the Service secure and reliable. We do not sell your personal data.
Third parties
Operating the Service involves third parties such as public Base RPC providers (to read on-chain balances) and our upstream trading-simulation infrastructure. These process only what is necessary to provide the Service.
Cookies and storage
We use the minimum browser storage required for sign-in and app function. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can disconnect your wallet at any time. For questions or requests about your data, contact us via Support.
Changes
This policy will evolve with the product; material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
